Mama Bottom Care Spray

Half the battle of feeling better after birth is getting our vajayjay back on track and feeling good! I think we can all agree that there will be some trauma to the vagina post labour especially if you experience tearing or an episiotomy. Don’t worry, I’ve got you covered, this spray will be your vagina's best friend. This little blend of essential oils is perfect for soothing the pain and soreness after labour and helps to speed up healing time.


Mama Bottom Spray To Improve Healing Time

It contains 4 essential oils that help to improve skin healing, reduce pain and inflammation and can be really calming to your downstairs area.

Geranium- Can help speed up would healing and improve tissue repair. It also helps to lessen pain and inflammation. Bonus, it can also help reduce the size and irritation of hemorrhoids.

Lavender- Is a gentle yet effective oil to help soothe and calm inflamed skin from stinging, pain and irritation and is ideal for wound healing. It also offers anti-septic properties to reduce infection .

Helichrysum- Has anti-inflammatory properties and increases collagen production that make it perfect for skin healing and pain reduction. It also helps to to reduce the risk of infection.

Roman Chamomile - Is a wonderful essential oil that has a very calming effect when applied topically and can soothe irritated skin. Mama Bottom Care Spray Recipe

Materials:

Essential Oils- Geranium, Lavender, Helichrysum, Roman Chamomile Fractionated Coconut Oil (or carrier Oil) 2oz Amber Spray Bottle

Instructions:
  1. Add 3 drops of each essential oil into the 2oz spray bottle

  2. Top with fractionated coconut oil or carrier oil

  3. Shake well before applying mist to sensitive area. Mist onto the tender area frequently.

Badass Mom Tip:

Make 2 bottles to keep in each bathroom or to bring on outings for a quick spritz to relieve pain and inflammation. Bonus, this recipe is also great for hemorrhoids.
