Lavender- Is a gentle yet effective oil to help soothe and calm inflamed skin from stinging, pain and irritation and is ideal for wound healing. It also offers anti-septic properties to reduce infection .
Helichrysum- Has anti-inflammatory properties and increases collagen production that make it perfect for skin healing and pain reduction. It also helps to to reduce the risk of infection.

Mama Bottom Care Spray Recipe
Materials:
Essential Oils- Geranium, Lavender, Helichrysum, Roman Chamomile
Fractionated Coconut Oil (or carrier Oil)
2oz Amber Spray Bottle
Instructions:
Add 3 drops of each essential oil into the 2oz spray bottle
Top with fractionated coconut oil or carrier oil
Shake well before applying mist to sensitive area. Mist onto the tender area frequently.
