Super Matcha Green Smoothie

This smoothie is one of my favourites for any post-festivities fun ! Full of Matcha and Microgreens, this smoothie is an anti-oxidant powerhouse to give you that all day energy without the caffeine crash.


Matcha has 137X the antioxidants then brewed green tea.


Kale microgreens are high in vitamins such as A, B, C, E, and K, as well as calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, carotene, amino acids, protein and antioxidants.


Adding more greens to your diet is a great way to support your body’s natural detoxification pathways.


Your body is designed to constantly detoxify on a day-day basis.


You don’t need a special juice or cleanse.


But what you can do, is ramp up the anti-oxidants in your diet to support your Liver’s elimination process so that it can be more efficient at eliminating toxins.


I also added some medicinal mushrooms to support my immune system and improve digestion!

Super Matcha Green Smoothie


1 Cup Milk Alternative

1 Banana

1 Handful Kale Microgreens, I use @ortalizafarms

1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple

2 tbsp Hemp Hearts

1 Serving Vanilla Protein Powder

2 tsp Matcha , I used @itsblume

1 tsp Mushroom Matrix Powder, I used @cytomatrix


Add to blender and blend until smooth. Makes 1 serving.
